THIS UNIT WILL SELL FOLLOWING THE 2 UNITS IN FAIRBURY
This unit includes appliances, furniture, household, and misc. items.
TERMS: All storage units will sell individually as 1 lot each for a total of 3 lots. NO ITEMS WILL BE SOLD INDVIDUALLY. Doors will be opened with 5 minutes of viewing prior to the auction of each unit. Entering the unit or touching items prior to the auction is strictly prohibited. Full settlement plus a $100.00 deposit is due immediately upon the auctioneer saying “SOLD”. Full settlement is due in cash. No checks or credit cards will be accepted. The deposit will be returned to the Buyer after all items have been removed and the unit is in broom swept condition. If the unit is not cleaned out and in broom swept condition by May 27, 2015 at 5:00 PM, the Buyer forfeits their deposit and any items left in the unit. All items are sold “AS IS WHERE IS” without any guarantee of any kind expressed or implied. Seller, Auction Company, and property owner are not responsible for accidents or loss.
